Return & Refund Policy – SenseShift

At SenseShift, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your silicone magnetic fidget sensory ball, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Free from damage or excessive wear

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@senseshift.ca

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@senseshift.ca with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the issue is verified.

Hygiene & Safety Exceptions

Because our silicone magnetic fidget balls are personal sensory and stress-relief items, we cannot accept returns for items that have been:

  • Used

  • Opened from sealed packaging

  • Altered or damaged after delivery

This policy helps ensure hygiene and safety for all customers, especially children and individuals using sensory products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used sensory toys or opened products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item.

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing usually takes 5–10 business days

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
